friendly staff helpful staff relaxing location free parking broken heating extra heater dirty room

The staff were friendly and helpful. the location is close to the river and relaxing. parking was free behind the hotel. I just put my registration in at the reception desk.

The central heating did not work. i asked repeatedly for an extra heater.

Acceptable stay, but some issues noted

noisy room unhelpful staff

The location provided convenient access to nearby facilities, acceptable.

The room was notably noisy due to footsteps and creaking floorboards from the room above. I found the unhelpful staff difficult to deal with. I requested clean shower towels but received only a hand towel. These issues need addressing.

good sized car park river location

The location IS great right next to the river. I found the hotel easy to find with a good sized car park at the back. I saw that access to the Thames path is right outside, ideal if you like walking.

The bathroom door didn't fit well, annoying.
